What is the difference between online and in-person coaching?

Online coaching gives you a fully personalised programme to reach your goals, with daily support and accountability to keep you on track - but without face-to-face PT sessions. Whereas in-person coaching also includes a personalised programme, but your in-gym PT sessions replace the daily support provided in online coaching. During your discovery call, we’ll help you decide which option best suits your goals and lifestyle.

Is my coaching paused if I for holidays and seasonal breaks?

No, holidays provide valuable opportunities to learn how to manage your health and fitness in real-world situations. Whether it’s a summer getaway, Christmas, Easter, or any other break, your coach will guide you on how to enjoy yourself while still making progress. You’ll learn how to balance relaxation with healthy habits, so you’ll be fully prepared to handle these scenarios confidently on your own in the future.

Is my coaching plan extended if I become ill or injured?

No. Illnesses and injuries provide another learning opportunity that will guide you on how to adapt your training and lifestyle during recovery. Your coach will work with you to make adjustments that keep you moving forward safely, whether that means changing exercises, resting, focusing on mobility, or refining your nutrition. These experiences are important for building the skills and confidence to manage setbacks independently in the future. However, if a GP note is provided detailing that exercise is not permitted, your programme may be paused at your coach’s discretion.

Do I need to have gym access?

No. Your programme will be fully personalised to your available equipment and environment. If you have access to a commercial gym, we’ll make the most of it. If you train at home with limited equipment - or even none at all - we’ll design effective sessions using bodyweight exercises and creative training methods. This flexibility ensures your programme works for you, wherever you are, so there are never barriers to getting results.
